The Hip Hop program promotes a sense of enjoyment of current age appropriate music. The emphasis is on dance as a form of fitness combining strength, stretch and stamina with current dance trends and beats.

Objectives
The Hip Hop program is developed to encourage the recreational and serious dancer. To instill a sense of enjoyment and passion for the many elements that make up the genre and develop an understanding of self-motivation and health.
